Народившись в родині, де мати і батько мріяли про сина, вона з дитинства відчувала брак уваги і турботи. Батько, захоплений випивкою, кинув сім'ю, тому матері Мерилін доводилося багато працювати. Вихованням дівчинки займалася тітка. Саме вона і познайомила допитливу рудоволосу дівчинку зі світом магії. Коли Мерилін виповнилося + шість років, її тітка загадковим чином зникла. Відносини з хлопцями у дівчини не складалися. Очевидно, вони вважали себе негідними цієї рудоволосої красуні з пронизує поглядом. Незадовго до зйомок вона познайомилася з Віталієм Гіберті, але відносини переросли в міцну дружбу. Потім в її житті з'явився Олексій Похабов. Переможець сьомого сезону надійшов з Мерилін зовсім не по-чоловічому, просто зникнувши з її життя. Від депресії Керро врятував Олександр Шепс, який став переможцем 14 сезону «Битви».
